Additional persons/helpers:
Confirmed, registered exhibitors/tattooists will receive a helper’s pass for one person free of charge in addition to the exhibitor’s pass (1 person). This allows auxiliary staff or another employee to enter the location free of charge on all days during the Expo. We charge a flat-rate fee of €40.00 for each additional ID card.
How big are the stands?
The size of an individual stand (tattoo artist/exhibitor) is approx. 2.00 m x 2.50 m. A dealer stand is approx. 2.00 m x 3.00 m. Slight deviations are possible.
Location within the venue:
The location of your exhibition/activity area is determined by us as the organizer. We choose the location according to the local and thematic conditions and make every effort to ensure that your participation is representative and successful.
What is included in the stand rental?
Benches, chairs and tables are provided by the organizer. Each stand is supplied free of charge with a power connection, bin bags, kitchen roll and water.
